Iconic Developments successfully concludes Lanka Property Show 2020 as Gold Partner
March 9, 2020: Leading infrastructure developer Iconic Developments, developer of Iconic 110 and Iconic Galaxy in Rajagiriya, successfully concluded its stint as the Gold Partner for the largest real estate event the Lanka Property Show 2020.
Organized and hosted by Lanka Property Web, Sri Lanka’s premier real estate website, at the Kingsbury Hotel for the fourth consecutive year, the event offered visitors numerous options and solutions available in the property market today. The event which was attended by prominent developers, provided prospective homeowners previews of new property launches, exclusive deals for on the spot reservations and attractive finance options.

The apartment complex, scheduled to be complete construction by end 2020 will contain 272 super-luxury, two, three and four bed-roomed apartments amidst a plethora of world-class amenities and services to complement the lifestyles of buyers.
Having completed 80% of construction, the luxury apartment complex which scheduled to be ready for occupancy by November 2021, will offer rooftop landscape gardens constructed to environmental standards, a 7-level private club worthy of a 5-star hotel, private guest suites for overnight visitors, and on-site conveniences that include a supermarket, business centre, beauty salon and laundromat. The Iconic Galaxy is the second successful project of the real estate developer following the completion of the Iconic 110 at Parliament Road, Rajagiriya.
